We’re expanding our sales staff to add another high performing Account Executive. You’ll work with
local businesses in Licking County and East-Central Ohio to develop marketing programs that deliver
results, using authentic local radio on our family of stations. WCLT Radio Group has been locally
owned for 80 years. Our management is in the building every day, and you’ll operate in a sales-friendly
environment that is committed to YOUR success.
What we’re looking for:
- A track record of success in sales or business development (media experience is a plus, not a
requirement) - Someone who sees opportunities where others see obstacles
- A self-starter who enjoys coming up with ideas and following through
- Strong communication skills and a drive to be number one
What you’ll do - Find and develop new business with local advertisers, and grow your existing accounts
- Learn each client’s business and build campaigns that get them measurable results
- Write and pitch creative ideas, from the first conversation through what’s on the air
