A Utica man accused of setting one man on fire and killing another in Florida had his bond set at one million dollars Tuesday.
Police say 32-year-old Trevor Schrider lit Timothy Logue on fire on Henpeck Road in January 2007.
Schrider was also convicted of manslaughter and sentenced to 15 years in prison after he and another man beat a Florida man to death two months after igniting Logue.
Schrider remained in Florida after his indictment in Licking County last year as part of a plea agreement to prosecute his co-defendant in Florida.
Schrider is due back in court July 7th for arraignment on an attempted murder charge.
