Drivers who see a tow truck at the side of the road must move over or slow down, just like you do for police and fire vehicles.

The speed limit also goes up for semi-trucks to 65 miles per hour on rural interstates instead of 55.

And you must turn on your headlights when you use your windshield wipers in the rain.

Violations of that provision will only result in warnings this year.

Tickets may be issued starting in 2010.
