Two Coshocton residents accused of abusing children appeared in court Monday.
23-year-old Heather Hudson pleaded not guilty to child endangering after she was arrested earlier this month after a tip from Coshocton Hospital regarding Raiden Dotson.
Dotson was flown to Children’s Hospital where doctors told authorities that the child had multiple injuries, including fractures to the skull, ribs and legs.
Hudson faces eight years in prison.
27-year-old Aaron Holdsworth also pleaded not guilty to murder and child endangering after the death of 2-year-old Reina Patterson.
Police say Holdsworth strangled and beat Patterson earlier this month.
Reina died at an Akron hospital and medical personnel reported the child had been strangled and received blunt force trauma to the skull.
Holdsworth faces life in prison.
