The Internal Revenue Service reports that 39-year-old Tim Dailey has been sentenced to seven and a half years in prison for conspiracy charges.

His brother, 40-year-old Donald Dailey Jr. of Pataskala, pleaded guilty to running a $10 million marijuana ring and faces sentencing in August.

In March of 2008, federal agents raided the homes of Donald and Tim, finding over $4 million, a ton of marijuana and 83 firearms.

Defense attorneys argued that only a small percentage of those findings were from Tim Dailey’s home and that he was not involved in money lanudering or interstate trafficking

Tim’s attorneys asked for five years in prison rather than the seven and a half he received.
