Johnstown Police Chief Wins Gold Medals

. A northwestern Licking County police chief brought home the gold during the Ohio Police and Fire Games. Officials say Johnstown Police Chief Don Corbin won six gold medal in the 65-69 age category at the games held the week of June 14th. Officer Jason Bowman earned bronze, silver and gold medals in pistol shooting categories. Vox, Bowman’s canine partner won a silver and bronze in narcotics detection category. Chief Corbin set records this year and in the past when competing at the games. The games help promote physical fitness among retired active and retired law enforcement and firefighter personnel as well as military police.
