Another public official is involved in theft-in-office charges, this time in Delaware County.

45-year-old Cathy Jenkins, a supervisor at the Delaware County 9-1-1 Center, pleaded guilty to one count of theft in a deal with prosecutors.

Officials say Jenkins stole thousands in overtime pay and she was ordered to pay over $10,000  in restitution.

Jenkins will also serve 30 days in jail, 30 days of house arrest and five years of community control.

She was fired from her supervisor job in December.
